CONTAINER TRANSPORT
SEQH specialises in transporting shipping containers (both 20ft & 40ft) from the Port of Brisbane wharf to our customer’s door. We use state of the art side-loaders (swing-lift) and skel trailers to deliver on-time and to a variety of sites.
Either on the ground or backed up to a dock, we can meet your delivery requirements. We also specialise in large import and export shipments using our road train and A-Double fleet to make light work of large container numbers. We transport all shipping containers GP’s, Reefer Containers, High Cubes, Flat Racks and OOG containers.
WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION
SEQH offer full warehousing and distribution services for unpacking import containers and packing export containers. We have more than 7,500m2 of covered and secure storage and we are able to cater for the most unusual or difficult cargo. While we are specialised in unpacking and warehousing standard pallets, our handling and lifting equipment is able to move some of the more exotic cargo to come across the wharf which in the past has included:

Biosecurity & Fumigation
South East Queensland Hauliers provides full service Biosecurity & Fumigation Facilities at our Hemmant depot in Brisbane. We have a DAFF’s Officer onsite daily to assist us in promptly servicing our customers. We work closely with the officers to comply with the necessary directions and promptly move freight through this process.
For Western Queensland requirements, we send A-Doubles that can cart two loaded 40ft containers to our depot in Toowoomba daily and then deliver containers direct to our customers using single or road train combinations (many locations, drop and return for empty).
This provides a faster turnaround time for our customers based in Toowoomba/Dalby/Darling Downs region that require a rural tailgate before accepting their import container(s). We then de-hire back to Brisbane, 2 x 40ft or 4 x 20ft empty containers.
77G CUSTOMS BOND STORE
SEQH house a fully licenced, 77G customs bond store 10 minutes from the Port of Brisbane.
What is a 77G Bond Store license?
This is a licensed depot where importers can move goods to, away from the Port of Brisbane wharf or airport for short/long term storage and unpacking / deconsolidation. Once all legislative requirements are met, the goods can be released.
HEAVY HAULAGE & OOG HANDLING
Whether you have a single shipment or a large break bulk shipment, South East Queensland Hauliers are well equipped to handle OOG (out of gauge) freight off the Port of Brisbane wharf (import) as well as sending freight into (export) the terminals at the POB.
BULK TIPPING, HANDLING & TRANSPORT
At our depot in Hemmant we have a quarantine approved warehouse designated to bulk tipping, packing and storage. We have a fleet of dedicated bulk tippers and tipping skels which allows us to tip bulk product either on our site or on a customer site.
We handle fertiliser, cattle feed, abrasive sand and animal hides.
REFRIGERATED CONTAINER TRANSPORT & POWERED STORAGE
We have 100+ charging points across our depots. With 10+ container lifters on site (Kalmar’s & Omega’s), we are more than capable of handling and storing both 20ft and 40ft reefer containers with a quick turnaround and prompt deliveries to the customer and/or the port of Brisbane when required.
LOG EXPORT PACKING
SEQH provides reliable packing and preparation services for export log shipments through our specialised log yard operations.
Working closely with exporters, shipping lines, and inspection authorities, our team manages the handling and packing of logs into containers to ensure they are prepared for international shipment efficiently and in line with export requirements.
Our facilities are designed to support high-volume log exports, with processes that prioritise safety, consistency, and smooth coordination across the supply chain.
SENSITIVE FREIGHT
SEQH supports the movement of sensitive and specialised cargo that demands careful planning, coordination, and handling. These movements often involve close collaboration with clients, authorities, and specialist teams to ensure freight is transported safely and efficiently.

PUBLIC WEIGHBRIDGE
SEQH has a registered public weighbridge at our main office to ensure any bulk load out or intake is recorded with NMI mandated accuracy. We operate a 28.5m Public Weighbridge so we can weigh anything from a box trailer to an A-double (weighing up to 80 tonnes). Our weighbridge dockets can be used for registering a caravan, car or trailer.
