Nathan Craner recently has achieved another milestone in his professional path and he shared with us the invaluable support Brett Plummer, our Managing Director, has been to him. Here are some bits for you:
“I’m sharing my experience with
Brett as a leader however the essence of what I’ve written is common to
many others who have been fortunate to work alongside Brett. Not only in
an ‘office’ type environment, Brett has also supported many people to jump
on a forklift or behind the wheel of a truck on many occasions and in turn,
transformed their lives. For those that are new to the business and haven’t
come in contact with Brett as yet, I’ll briefly summarise this man as being one
who knows each department of his company inside out because, from the
early days, he did all of the positions administratively and operationally. He’ll
jump in a front-end loader, container handler, and A-Double. He’ll innovate
and collaborate with a diesel mechanic and challenge an accountant. I’m
proud to stand here today alongside our management team and nurture
Brett’s beloved business that he so passionately has built over 27 years”
As per usual, Nathan was able to choose the right words that not only describe Brett but also resonate with what the rest of the SEQH team perceives of him. There is no doubt that Brett’s true passion is embedded in this industry and the duties of this company.
